Carolyn and Steve both have a passion for cooking and
provide you with a bountiful breakfast each morning. Scarborough House
breakfasts are plated affairs where you will eat with sterling silver tableware
as in a 5-star restaurant. On weekends, you are pampered with china and crystal.
If you were to stay with us for a week, you would get something different for
breakfast each day, perhaps from the following or various combinations:
Steve’s home-made croissants
(using King Arthur flour and Plugra butter)
Eggs Scarborough with duck
confit, home-made toasted English muffins, and our “kicked up” Hollandaise sauce
Cottage herbed oven roasted potatoes
Crepes Fitzgerald ---our interpretation of this great dish from Brennan’s of New
Orleans
Vanilla-orange semi-homemade yogurt, seasonal fruit
Scarborough House scones or cream cheese cinnamon rolls

Mexico green chili/ham quiche
Texas garlic grits
Gran Marnier flan
Baked apples with rum raisins
Blueberry muffins
Spicy honey glazed red chili pork with pecan crusted masa cake, scrambled eggs,
red, or green sauce
Maple glazed yams
Buttermilk pie with raspberry splash
Fruit smoothie
Blueberry, cream cheese stuffed French toast with toasted pecans and warm

Spiced oven-baked bacon
New menus are frequently introduced to
accommodate our frequent flyers. Scarborough House food is prepared fresh and
as organic and preservative free as possible. Carolyn’s love is cooking with
green chilies and Steve prefers the French style so not so boring for you!
